Description
WIN4SMEs is an Erasmus+ project focused on promoting workplace innovation (WPI) within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The initiative encourages collaboration between businesses, educational institutions, and policymakers to improve organisational performance, employee well-being, and the overall quality of work environments.
The project emphasises knowledge sharing, innovation, collaboration, and network building, aiming to create sustainable international and regional public–private partnerships. Another key objective is to work with companies to provide training opportunities for students and employees focused on workplace innovation.
My tasks involved Project Management, Storyboarding, Concept, Script and some visuals.
