Description
This project reimagines London’s Design Museum Shop website through an accessibility-focused lens.
Supported by research, testing, and iterative design, this project evolved into a case study. Designed for autistic users and users with low vision, the goal of the project included reduced cognitive overload, improved clarity, and a more predictable shopping experience.
The result is a cleaner, more structured e-commerce journey that balances accessibility with the museum’s bold visual identity.
My tasks involved the creating the design system, homepage and chat/support redesign.
